Thank you for choosing GoBangladesh. We want to ensure that our refund and return processing rules are clear and transparent.
Visa Processing Fees
Embassy visa application charges and processing fees involve physical materials and administrative scheduling, and are governed by the following rules:
- Embassy Fees: Direct embassy fees paid to official government portals are completely non-refundable once the application is submitted.
- Agency Service Charge: Our coordination service fee is refundable ONLY if we have not yet started compiling or reviewing your files. Once document review has begun or slots are booked, agency service charges are non-refundable.
- Visa Rejections: In the event of a visa rejection by the embassy, no refunds can be claimed on embassy fees or service charges, as our coordination effort has been fully executed.
Air Ticket Refunds
Refunds for issued air tickets are subject to the carrier airline's individual tariff regulations and penalty structures:
- Refund requests must be placed before the scheduled flight departure time.
- Refunds will be processed back to the client after deducting the airline's cancellation penalties and a standard agency coordination charge.
- Non-refundable promotional tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Tour Packages & Hotels
Refund rules for hotel bookings and custom tour packages depend on vendor constraints:
- Most boutique hotels and resorts in Bangladesh have custom cancellation windows (e.g. 72 hours before check-in).
- Once hotel vouchers or transport permits are issued, cancellation and refund amounts will match the specific vendor rules, minus a standard service charge.
Pilgrimage (Hajj & Umrah)
Umrah package components (Saudi visa, flight blocks, transport, hotel allocations in Makkah/Madinah) are structured months in advance. Once Umrah/Hajj slots are secured and official permits are generated in the Saudi platform, they are completely non-refundable.
